Raspberries are a highly versatile, whether its making the perfect desert, or using the leaves off the bush for a herbal tea.
With over 800 hundred thousand tones of raspberries calculated worldwide, we decided to make some into a delightful medium-sweet bodied wine at St Aidan’s Winery on the iconic Holy Island.
A deep and vibrant colour draws the eye before a potent aroma of ripe and sweet raspberries hit the nose. A fresh and fruity flavour, delicious on its own or with a mixer – the powerful flavour doesn’t diminish.
