In response to the success and popularity of the Holy Island Gin Blue, The spirit of Hightide, we decided to extend the range with another novel and complex locally produced gin.

To recreate the essence of both the sea and our coastal landscape, we have created a gin that stands every bit as magical as Holy Island itself. This superbly crafted drink offers a fresh citrusy taste from lemon balm, grapefruit and sea buckthorn, with a long smooth floral finish of Nori, Elderflower and milk thistle.

It creates simultaneously aromatic and zesty with unmistakable juniper undertones. Ideally served with Lemon Thyme and/or Lemon zest over ice.

Its taste evokes the essence of the shoreline around us and holds an ABV of 42%.
