Tipped as the rum and ginger liqueur of the North East based around the famous Percy Special, this product has an aroma of smooth ginger and mixed spices which gives way to a warm full bodied, flavoursome palate of dark rum and zesty ginger. Combined with the flavour of dried fruits, sultanas & raisins, the finish leaves you with an oaky, spicy aftertaste, which makes for a very sophisticated drink.
To be enjoyed neat, on the rocks after a cold winters walk or mixed with ginger ale in a long drink.
