Our Pink Mead is a gem. It is produced using modern methods to celebrate our region’s rich history from the Romans to Modern day only at our winery on Holy Island.
A twist on the Lindisfarne Original, created at St Aidan’s Winery on the Holy Island of Lindisfarne. This blush coloured drink is a more subtle version of a mead, with a hint of orange reaching the palate initially before the more familiar flavour of honey in the aftertaste.
The use of less honey in the recipe makes this less sweet than our other offerings and can be enjoyed as you would a rose wine, or a fruity cocktail.
