Lindisfarne spiced mead is our first new mead in nearly half a century. It blends carefully chosen spices with our already famous mead to produce a delicious seasonal taste. It is produced by traditional methods only at our winery on Holy Island.
St Aidan’s winery stands in the clear unpolluted atmosphere of this most beautiful island. Lindisfarne spiced mead has an ABV of 14.5% and is a haunting taste of honey surrounded by a warmth of spices that comes to life once warmed. In the taste, the spices sit nicely within the body of the drink for a refreshing drink perfect for winter months.
