Our Fruit Wines range are all mixed and bottled on Holy Island at our St Aidan’s winery to our unique recipes and blend.
Elderflower has many health benefits and has been used in modern medicine to help boost the immune system and we like to think that our wine has the same affect. It can be enjoyed either on its own or used in refreshing long drinks by adding tonic, lemonade or soda.
Our Elderflower has an ABV of 14.5% and is a medium sweet and refreshing summer drink, an ideal summer drink especially when served cold.
